PDOCA Introduction

PDOCA is a short name of the practice – PDO Chartered Architects.

It is also intended to stand for Plan Design Organise Check Assess – a process based on the famous spirit of continuous quality improvement cycle. Hence, the practice exists with the core objective of creating quality built-environment through a continuous quality improvement process.

Our Design Approach
PDOCA design concept will not be static. It will try to reflect current world trend and integrate with the local aspiration, values and environment. GREEN BUILDING initiative is high in PDOCA’s design priority.

PDOCA design approach is based on well practiced methodology. Design scheme presented to the clients will undergo a critical process to realise and achieve functional, practical and cost effective design solutions.

PDOCA values the aspiration of its client and will ensure the design reflects their needs and visions.

Quality Service Through Technology
PDOCA invests in technology to help serve the client efficiently and effectively. Latest technology in 2-D and 3-D drafting and presentation works are used together with the latest hardware and drawing office equipment. With qualified and skilled draughters and visualisers, we will use these facilities to serve the normal mode conditions.
Investment in high-speed dedicated lines of internet communication is another item in our strategy to serve the client effectively. In a time of high demand, we would be able to source out documentation commitments from our partners overseas and serve our clients with speedy responses.
